About
Learning design, AI and the human factor
I am an instructional designer and trainer. For 20 years I have designed and facilitated learning: first as a psychosocial worker, then as a college teacher, and today as a designer of online and blended programs.
This background gives me an uncommon combination. I have a designer's rigour (needs analysis, measurable objectives, ADDIE, SAM, SCORM), the technical skills of a multimedia producer and a command of generative AI to produce faster. I also have a deep understanding of how adults experience change, built in the field with people going through transitions.
My goal in every contract is skills transfer: people applying what they learned in their real work.
I work mostly remotely, by contract and by objectives, with companies, educational institutions and non-profits. I deliver directly in English, French and Spanish.
