The i+ Method, from concept to online program

Turning a complex coaching approach into a clear program that people can follow alone, in a group or with a facilitator.

The challenge

People going through a transition often get general advice but few concrete tools to take action. Effective psychosocial approaches exist, but they are rarely structured as self-paced, measurable learning programs.

The approach

  1. Needs analysis. Interviews with 12 people in transition. Three recurring blocks: naming the situation, seeing the options, taking action.
  2. Design. An 8-step model, each step with an observable objective, for example “state three realistic options for action in one's situation”. Activities inspired by experiential learning: experience, observe, understand, apply.
  3. Development. Video capsules, PDF guides, visual templates, then building the program in LearnWorlds and Thinkific with sequential progression and check-in quizzes.
  4. Implementation. Weekly Zoom workshops since early 2025, adapted to participants' level and feedback.
  5. Evaluation. Feedback after each step and an end-of-program survey. 3 content revision cycles since launch.

Deliverables

  • 8-module online program
  • 16 video capsules of 3 to 6 minutes
  • Participant guide and facilitator guide
  • Toolkit of 10 practical worksheets
  • More than 75 workshops facilitated online

Results

  • 120 participants supported

What this project shows

I take dense, abstract content and turn it into a structured, visual and practical program. I master the full cycle, from analysis to evaluation, and I design for adults in real situations, which applies as much to a team going through a reorganization as to a new employee.
