My approach

The i+ Method

A structured 8-step model I created to turn complex situations into concrete learning experiences. I use it in workshops, in online programs and as a design framework for my contracts.

Most training transmits information. It often fails where learning really happens: the moment a person has to change the way they work. The i+ Method starts from that reality. It helps learners understand their situation, see their options and take action, one step at a time.

Steps 1 to 3

Understand the situation

Name what is happening, what is blocking and what is at stake.

Steps 4 to 6

See the options

Spot the possibilities hidden in the experience and choose the realistic ones.

Steps 7 and 8

Take action

Commit to a concrete first step, then adjust based on what happened.

What the method brings to your training

  • Action-centred objectives, not just knowledge.
  • Attention to the human factor: resistance, doubt and emotions are part of learning, especially during change.
  • A repeatable structure that works for management training, onboarding a new employee or rolling out a new tool.

See the i+ Method case study.
